Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our beauty, bath, body, and fragrance products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products that have been tampered with
  • Products returned due to scent preference, texture preference, or personal dissatisfaction
  • Items claimed to be defective after use

Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be resold or reused for safety and sanitation reasons.

ALLERGIES & SKIN SENSITIVITIES

Our products are made using cosmetic-grade ingredients. However, individual reactions may occur.

Before purchasing, you are responsible for:

  • Reviewing the full ingredient list
  • Performing a patch test prior to full use
  • Consulting a medical professional if you have known sensitivities or allergies

Patch testing is strongly recommended before applying any product to a larger area of skin.

LIMITED EXCEPTION – ALLERGIC REACTIONS

We understand that allergic reactions can occur even with proper care. In rare cases, we may offer a store credit or replacement (not a cash refund) if:

  • You contact us within 48 hours of first use
  • You provide clear photos of the reaction and the product
  • The product is no more than minimally used
  • You can confirm proper patch testing was performed

Approval of this exception is at our sole discretion and is handled on a case-by-case basis.

We do not provide medical advice and are not responsible for reactions caused by:

  • Failure to patch test
  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Known allergies
  • Improper use or combination with other products

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The item received
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

NO CHARGEBACK ABUSE

By purchasing from our website, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for reasons covered by this policy. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restriction or future purchase refusal.

Where items have been made or personalised for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.
If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
